INSURANCE 

The provisions of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 and rules made there under shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to third party insurance of drone and compensation in case of damage to life and/or property caused by such a drone. Notwithstanding anything contained in this rule, a nano drone may operate without third party insurance.
