Mrs. Riji Saurabh Nair(SET Trainer)

The trainer has been a teacher of English for the past 23 years. With a Post-Graduate degree in English from the University of Mumbai, she has taught in some renowned schools in Mumbai and Bangalore. As part of continuing her professional development,she has attended workshops conducted by the British Library, Bengaluru, and has appeared for the Teaching Professionals' Olympiad twice, acquiring the National 6th rank for Teachers of Middle-School English. 

She has also conducted sessions for Safe Online Behaviour for teens, and sessions for appropriate Teaching Etiquette for teachers. She has adjudicated the prestigious Frank Antony Debate Competition, in addition to Debate Competitions in reputed ICSE schools in Bangalore. She has also trained participants for Debate Competitions and imparted training for IELTS students. 

She is also a writer and poet, having been part of four anthologies published in the past 6 years. She is an avid Geopolitical observer and is known to keep abreast of latest trends in education, and emerging trends in social behaviour of adolescents and teens. Her forte is the ability of cater to the changing and growing needs of teens, and channelise their latent energy hitherto underutilised, to harness success  in the personal, social and academic spheres of a student's life.
